Clinical Director, Digital Pathology, Mass General Brigham Assistant, Associate or full Professor in Pathology, Harvard Medical School

Mass General Brigham Pathology seeks applications for a faculty member with expertise in digital pathology to lead a large-scale digitization effort in anatomic pathology. This is a ladder faculty position and the successful candidate may be appointed at the level of Assistant, Associate, or full Professor at Harvard Medical School commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be part of the Pathology departments at both Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital and will be able to undertake clinical work in one or both departments, depending on the person’s clinical subspecialty expertise. Mass General Brigham is a vibrant digital health setting comprising clinical, computational, and research groups supported by substantial inhouse digital and informatics resources and a rich surrounding biomedical and computational environment. This is a remarkable opportunity to help
lead the implementation of digital pathology in a large and highly respected academic healthcare system.

Candidates are expected to have an MD or equivalent medical degree with an established focus and academic record in digital pathology, demonstrated communication skills, and commitment to collaborating across disciplines (e.g., radiology, data sciences). The successful candidate will also participate in teaching activities at Mass General Brigham and Harvard Medical School.
